[ WORK ] PROOF, IN PROGRESS

The work speaksin citations.

Cadive is a young studio with an exacting standard. We would rather show you one project built correctly than a portfolio of vague outcomes. So the proof starts here — with the infrastructure in front of you and the benchmark we hold every build to.

[01] EXHIBIT A

This website is the first piece of evidence.

You are reading a Cadive build. It is GEO-native by construction — not retrofitted, not bolted on after launch.

Every page is server-rendered semantic HTML carrying a full JSON-LD entity graph, linked by stable @id so language models assemble one coherent Cadive entity. We publish an llms.txt so AI systems can map the property directly. Delivery is static-first and sub-second, and we hold a Lighthouse 95+ target on every build.

The experience is dual-rendered: a high-fidelity human layer and a clean machine layer kept in lockstep. There is no cloaking — humans and machines receive the same truth. The fastest way to judge a GEO studio is to read its own source.

[02] THE BENCHMARK REDESIGN

Culinary Haute Couture.

Rocheli Patisserie is the standard we measure new work against — a generic template reimagined as a luxury jewelry box for the web.

The brief: transform an off-the-shelf Square template into a culinary haute couture experience worthy of the product. The strategy treats every high-end pastry as a precious entity inside a semantic gallery — each product an entity, each page citable, the whole property engineered so a model can recognize and recommend the brand by name.

It is the proof that design craft and machine legibility are not a trade-off. The same build wins on aesthetics and on attribution.

[03] REPRESENTATIVE PATTERNS

The shape of the outcomes we engineer.

Illustrative, not client data. The patterns below describe the form a Cadive engagement takes — the kind of change we build toward. They are not measured results from a named client, and they contain no fabricated metrics.

01 / ILLUSTRATIVE

From absent to cited.

A brand that returns nothing across the generative engines is restructured into question-led, self-contained passages — the kind a model can lift verbatim and attribute. The shape of the outcome: presence inside the answer, not just the index.

02 / ILLUSTRATIVE

Authority made legible.

Expertise that lived only in prose is encoded as machine-readable entities and credentials. Author, organization, and relationships become explicit in the code, so a model can recognize the brand as a known, trusted source rather than an anonymous page.

03 / ILLUSTRATIVE

Heavy site made sub-second.

A bloated, template-bound property is rebuilt static-first with progressive enhancement. The visual experience survives intact; the baseline becomes clean semantic HTML that crawlers and language models ingest without friction.
