[ STUDIO ] WHO WE ARE

A technical studio forthe generative era.

Cadive is a technical design studio engineered for the generative era. It builds digital infrastructure — websites and semantic systems — that earns attribution from leading large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, fusing human-centric luxury design with machine-centric semantic discovery.

[01] ORIGIN

Swiss precision, Uruguayan creativity.

Cadive was founded in Switzerland and is crafted in Uruguay — a deliberate fusion of two temperaments. The Swiss instinct for exactness, restraint, and obsessive performance. The Uruguayan instinct for bold, expressive, visually fearless design.

We are founder-led and technical-first. That means the person who architects your entity model is the same person accountable for the result — and that every decision starts in the code, not in a slide deck.

We build digital infrastructure, not brochures. A Cadive site is engineered to be correct to the pixel, fast to the millisecond, and legible to both people and the language models that now mediate discovery.

[02] FOUNDER

One principal. Direct accountability.

PRINCIPAL / GEO ARCHITECT

Leo Falcon

Principal & GEO Architect

Leo Falcon is the principal of Cadive, a GEO architect working at the intersection of generative-engine optimization and high-end web engineering.

hello@cadive.com

Founder-led delivery is a deliberate constraint, not a stage we plan to outgrow.

The work that earns AI attribution — entity modelling, semantic architecture, citable-passage engineering — is too coupled to be handed down an assembly line. Strategy and execution stay in the same head, so nothing is lost in translation between what was promised and what ships.

You work directly with the architect of your project, from the first audit to the last line of schema.

[03] PRINCIPLES

Four commitments we engineer against.

01 / PRINCIPLE

Correctness over decoration

Structure before style. A page earns its visual ambition only after its semantics, performance, and accessibility are correct. Decoration that obscures meaning is a defect.

02 / PRINCIPLE

Meaning per token

We optimize for density of meaning, not volume of words. Every passage is written to be ingested token-efficiently by a language model and read clearly by a person.

03 / PRINCIPLE

Equivalent content, no cloaking

Humans and machines receive the same truth. The semantic layer machines read is the same content people see — never a hidden, divergent version engineered to game retrieval.

04 / PRINCIPLE

Evidence, not adjectives

We position your brand with verifiable facts, credentials, and citable claims — the signals models trust — rather than the unprovable superlatives that generative engines discount.

[04] TRUST & COMPLIANCE

Built where EU data law already trusts.

Both Uruguay and Switzerland hold European Union data-protection adequacy decisions.

An adequacy decision means the European Commission has formally recognised a country's data-protection regime as offering protection equivalent to the GDPR. Personal data can flow there from the EU and EEA freely, on the same legal footing as a transfer within Europe.

For EU clients, that has a practical consequence: you can work with Cadive without negotiating Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or assembling extra cross-border transfer paperwork. The adequacy decisions carry the legal basis.

Read our privacy policy

EU adequacy, twice over.

Switzerland — country of founding — and Uruguay — country of operation — are each on the European Commission's list of countries providing an adequate level of data protection. No SCCs required for EU client engagements.
